A Facilities Manager oversees day‐to‐day operations of a portfolio of commercial assets, focusing on operational strategy, budget control, maintenance, compliance, tenant servicing and data analysis.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise site performance.
* Manage Opex and Capex budgets, including forecasting and cost control measures.
* Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, including preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
* Manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules using JLL's Prism system.
* Ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
* Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
* Oversee tenant move‐ins, fit‐outs, and move‐outs.
* Analyse operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in commercial property management (office/industrial).
* Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strategic thinking and problem‐solving capabilities.
* Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* In‐depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
* Crisis management and conflict resolution skills.
