Project Manager | Global CRM Transformation
* Rate: $1,100 - $1,200 per day (Inclusive of Super)
* Location: Perth/Balcatta Based (Hybrid)
* Duration: Initial contract to June 2026 (Ongoing multi-year program)
* Start: 1-2 week turnaround (Comprehensive handover provided)
The Opportunity
A Perth-based global organization is currently executing a major, multi-year digital transformation. Following the successful implementation of Marketing Cloud, the program is now entering a critical foundational phase: the build-out of Sales, Revenue, and Data Clouds.
We are seeking a well-seasoned Project Manager to join the team during this pivotal transition. This is a backfill role within an established program, offering a structured handover period to ensure a seamless lead-in to the Design and Delivery phases.
The Role
This is a high-impact position within a complex, global business environment. You will be responsible for taking the program from the recently completed Discovery phase through to Design, Planning, and full-scale Delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ecosystem Build: Lead the foundational implementation of Salesforce Sales, Revenue, and Data Clouds.
* Strategic Integration: Manage the roadmap for migrating global acquisitions (currently on HubSpot) into a unified Salesforce instance.
* Executive Navigation: Present and report to GM and Executive levels, ensuring alignment across a global hierarchy.
* Stakeholder Diplomacy: Manage "tricky" and diverse stakeholder groups across multiple time zones and business units.
Your Profile
You are a senior Project Manager who specializes in high-stakes CRM transformations. You possess the professional maturity to handle complex stakeholder dynamics and the technical oversight to ensure a robust foundation is laid for a multi-year roadmap.
Requirements:
* Salesforce Specialist: Extensive experience managing Salesforce implementations (specifically Sales, Revenue, or Data Clouds).
* Senior Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence at the Executive level and manage complex global hierarchies.
* Migration Experience: Familiarity with consolidating disparate platforms (e.g., HubSpot to Salesforce) is highly regarded.
* Immediate Impact: The ability to absorb a handover quickly and drive the Design & Delivery phases without losing momentum.
