About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Section Waiter to join our team. This position is suited to a hospitality professional who can confidently manage their own section in a high‐performance, premium environment. You will deliver polished, knowledgeable service while maintaining strong communication with kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a premium restaurant
* Confident in managing a full section independently
* Strong food and wine knowledge
* Professional presentation and clear communication
* Current RSA
* Full working right for Australia
