About the role
The Customer Service Officer is an integral member of the National Customer Service Team. The role is responsible for providing exceptional service to a wide range of customers by facilitating the day-to-day supply of wine to our national customer base.
The role involves accurate and timely data entry of sales orders, responding to customer requests and solving customer problems, as well as maintaining customer data and completing administrative duties as needed. Customer interactions are via both email and phone calls.
The team is based at the Yalumba Winery in Angaston; like many Customer Service roles these days, there is also some ability to work at home.

About you
You will bring experience in a Customer Service role, ideally within industries like FMCG, wine, manufacturing, or distribution. You will need good computer literacy, and familiarity with tools like Word and Excel will show this. Similarly, experience using a CRM system, such as Salesforce, will be highly regarded.
Your attention to detail and accuracy in data entry will support your ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
You are someone who communicates clearly, works collaboratively within a team environment, and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service to customers and colleagues alike. And in this ever-changing world, you must be able to demonstrate change readiness to manage with changes that happen.
