Join a supportive IT team providing Desktop / Level 2 IT Support across desktops, printers, hardware, and business systems. This is a fully onsite role in Osborne Park with regular travel to metro and regional sites using a company vehicle. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, is comfortable supporting users face-to-face, and thrives on variety in a busy enterprise environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Responding to IT incidents and service requests via ITSM (e.g. ServiceNow).
- Supporting and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Installing, configuring, and upgrading PCs, monitors, and hardware (must be physically able to lift and transport equipment within WHS guidelines).
- Setting up new sites, workstations, and networking equipment.
- Printer troubleshooting, router replacements, and hardware swaps across sites.
- Collaborating with IT colleagues and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Contributing ideas and showing initiative in improving processes and solving legacy issues.
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, Site Services, or Field Engineer roles.
- Strong hardware troubleshooting skills, including desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills — approachable, personable, and customer-first.
- Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, and M365.
- Ability to work independently with a positive, motivated attitude.
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence (essential for site travel).

- Exposure to SCCM, Intune, VMware, SQL, DNS/DHCP.
- IT certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL, VMware).
