About the Role
You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, supported by an experienced and friendly team. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee leasing, rent collection, and arrears management
- Conduct routine inspections and coordinate property maintenance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and legislation
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (or equivalent)
- A positive, professional, and community-minded attitude
