Your Day-to-Day
* Mostly in‐office Property Management across 225 properties
* Supported by two dedicated Assistant Property Managers
* Advisory and relationship‐focused role with a well‐managed portfolio
* Oversee repairs, maintenance, and tenancy matters
* Review and sign off property reports
* Support end‐of‐tenancy processes, including exit inspections and bond management
* Conduct some routine and letting inspections as required
* Ensure portfolio compliance and general oversight
* Arrears management
What You'll Bring
* Previous Property Management experience
* QLD Certificate of Registration
