**Responsibilities**:
- Design and develop project-specific training strategy
- Support Change Manager and stakeholders to ensure deployment of change management plans
- Deliver training programs in various formats (e.g. presentations, on-line, one-to-one, group)
- Assess training success and implementing continuous improvement
- Training end users for transitioning legacy manual processes to be automated and using recent digital systems for improved efficiency.
**About you**:
- A degree with relevant experience in education & training
- Experience in preparing training strategies
- Experience in training, development and mentoring of staff
- Experience in Systems implementation training
- Experience in designing engaging and customised end user learning material
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
