This role covers both the House of Motorcycles and Richardson's Harley-Davidson — two of Tasmania's leading dealerships within the Richardson's H-D Group. Proudly Tasmanian-owned with over 50 years of heritage, our team brings together more than 200 years of combined motorcycle experience...and now we're looking for the right person to help fuel our next chapter.
What You'll Be Doing
* Helping customers find the perfect bike — new, pre‑owned, or trade‑in
* Building long‑term relationships with riders
* Using proven sales techniques to hit and exceed targets
* Learning multiple major motorcycle brands and product ranges
* Working Saturdays as part of our essential sales roster
* Getting involved in events, demo days, open houses & community engagement
* Collaborating with a passionate, high‑performing team
What You'll Bring
* Strong background in sales or customer service
* A genuine passion for motorcycles and the riding lifestyle
* Excellent communication skills and natural rapport‑building ability
* Organised, self‑driven, and results‑focused
* Confidence using systems and managing your own sales pipeline
* A team mindset and eagerness to grow
* Availability to work Saturdays — our busiest and most rewarding sales day

What You'll Need
* Current driver's licence (Class C)
* Motorcycle licence (Class R)
* The right to work in Australia
* Willingness to complete a National Police Check
* Willingness to complete a DISC personality profile
