About the Role

We are looking for a Client Relations Officer to join our Training & Equipment in the Central Region based in our Northam Office on a permanent part time basis working total of 18.75 hours per week.
You will be tasked to foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, focusing on end-to-end support of training and equipment services across the Region. This opportunity will suit an individual who has demonstrated experience in maintaining customer relationships and has a commitment to excellent customer service. As part of this role, you will need to be a self-starter and have excellent customer service skills to be successful.
What You'll Do
* Meet financial targets through the coordination of private first aid training classes and onsite first aid kit servicing.
* Provide service quotations to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
* Provide advice and recommendations on most suitable service selections that align with their requirements.
* Engage with existing clients to provide additional information on other available offerings.
* Facilitate onboarding of new clients.
* Maintain communication with clients gathering feedback and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
* Stay informed of market trends to anticipate customer needs.
What You'll Need
* Two years of experience required in similar role, such as Customer Support Officer, Client Engagement Officer or Customer Relations Officer.
* Certificate III in Business Administration is desirable.
* Background in corporate, health, training or commercial based sectors.
* Knowledge of systems, tools and process within the ambit of this position.
* Good problem solving and organisational skills.
* High attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in conflict resolution techniques to address client concerns.
* Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
