We're looking for a Concierge capable of leaving no stone unturned in pursuit of complete guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for transferring and storing guest luggage and responding to guest requests as part of the hotel's ongoing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Your Day to Day:
* Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes
* Assisting guests with luggage, organising transportation, valet parking and fulfilling a variety of other needs the guests may have
* Staying one step in front of our guests' needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations
* Completing other ad‐hoc duties as requested to assist the front‐office team in fulfilling guest needs
What we need from you:
* Australian full drivers license (preferred)
* Ability to lift, pull and push large objects up to 23 kg
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts between 7 am and 11 pm – night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job
* A friendly smile – you will be our first point of contact entering the hotel
* Strong communication skills – guests will approach you with concerns as well as compliments
* Problem‐solving skills that turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories
