We are seeking a capable and reliable Accounts & Office Administrator to take ownership of our day-to-day financial processes while supporting general office operations.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing payroll, accounts, and month-end processes, along with providing broader administrative support across the business.
Working within a small team, this role requires someone who is adaptable, able to work independently, and comfortable taking ownership across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
· Process weekly payroll (MYOB), including timesheet verification
· Manage accounts payable and receivable
· Complete bank, creditor, and debtor reconciliations
· Prepare and complete month-end processes, including journals and accruals
· Process superannuation, payroll tax, and ATO obligations
· Maintain employee records, licences, and compliance registers
· Support general office administration and internal systems
· Assist with quotes, tenders, and document control
About You
· 3+ years' experience in accounts and administration
· Proven experience managing payroll and month-end processes
· Experience preparing month-end accounts with minimal supervision
· Strong working knowledge of MYOB (or similar)
· Solid understanding of Australian payroll and compliance requirements
· High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
· Ability to manage competing priorities in a small team environment
