This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to take the reins of one of our client's flagship retail stores.
You'll play a pivotal role in leading your team, delivering outstanding service, and bringing the brand to life for every customer who walks through the door.
Responsibilities
Leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Driving store performance to meet and exceed sales and KPI targets.
Managing daily operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
Building strong relationships with customers, team members, and key partners.
Handling rostering, recruitment, and training to build a high-performing culture.
Managing budgets, analysing sales data, and identifying opportunities to grow performance.
Ensuring compliance with company standards and policies across safety, security, and customer care.

You're a confident and experienced retail leader who knows how to balance commercial goals with team culture.
You thrive on accountability, enjoy a challenge, and take pride in creating an environment where both your team and customers feel valued.
To Succeed in this Role
Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume retail environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
A passion for sport, lifestyle, and delivering excellence in customer service.
