Reporting to the Group General Manager & Owner, we are seeking an experienced, passionate, enthusiastic and self-driven Restaurant Manager to join and lead a great team.

The Role
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager who is driven, team-focused, and passionate about hospitality. In this role, you will support the Group General Manager & Owner in overseeing daily operations, leading and mentoring the front-of-house team, and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.
What You'll Be Doing
Acting as the figurehead of the restaurant, driving it to success
Overseeing service to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience
Leading, mentoring, and training the front-of-house team
Managing reservations, staff schedules, and daily restaurant operations
Assisting with cost control, inventory management, and financial performance
Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
Contributing to marketing initiatives and guest engagement strategies
What We're Looking For
This role is not suitable for entry level applicants
Minimum 2-3 years of leadership experience in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting
Exceptional knowledge of food and wine
A hands-on leader who can inspire and motivate a team
A passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems
Familiarity with food safety, liquor licensing, and industry regulations
Position Details
Permanent full-time position - this is a salaried position operating on a 5-day roster.
