**Support Worker Opportunities**

We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers. This rewarding role allows you to make a real difference in the lives of older people, enabling them to live their best possible life at home.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, an empathetic and patient nature, and be comfortable working independently in the community. A valid driver licence and reliable motor vehicle are also essential requirements for this role.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with everyday activities such as personal care, household cleaning and laundry, meal preparation, providing respite for carers, transport to and from appointments/shops, social support, and assisting with complex care needs.

This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and experience in the aged care sector. You will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including a fully-funded traineeship program leading to a Certificate III in Individual Support in partnership with TAFE.

- Main Responsibilities:

* Assist clients with personal care such as showering and dressing
* Provide household cleaning and laundry services
* Prepare meals and snacks
* Offer respite for carers
* Transport clients to and from appointments/shops
* Provide social support
* Assist with complex care needs

- Requirements:

* Valid driver licence
* Reliable motor vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage car insurance
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Empathetic, patient and caring nature
* Ability to work independently in the community
