We are currently working with a major Queensland Government Department to appoint a Project Support Officer (AO3 level) in their North Coast Region.
This business unit is responsible for the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements of the Natural Disaster Program.
Your new role
* Assessment and data entry of submissions and images using electronic data management systems
* Populate basic spreadsheets and statistical reports
* Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and the wider team
* Reporting to the Project Manager
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in a similar role within Queensland Government
* Have system knowledge in electronic document management systems (EDMS) and similar platforms such as SharePoint
* Ability to work independently with minimal direction and high attention to detail
* Ability to pass a Criminal History Check
* Valid working rights for Queensland, Australia
