We're growing and looking for a skilled butcher to join our busy, community-focused shop in Sorell.

The Role
* Break down beef, lamb and pork
* Prepare retail cuts to a high standard
* Sausage and value-added production
* Serve customers with confidence and product knowledge
* Maintain strict food safety and cleanliness standards

* Strong knife skills and efficiency
