About the role
Our Audio Visual (AV) service provides AV equipment for the hospital to support video-conferencing, telemedicine, teaching and training, conference rooms and clinical spaces.
Our Patient Entertainment System (PES) is an integrated bedside device which provides entertainment, information and communication facilities to the patient.
Our Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) provide autonomous transportation services to the linen, supplies and supports other FM operational activities.
As a Service Technicians you will support Hospital Employees and Personnel in the use of various technologies, provide remote monitoring and scheduling, planned and reactive maintenance to a range of technical assets, as well as providing training to users of all levels.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour. Diploma level qualification in a relevant discipline (desirable) Crestron accreditation or third-party control system (desirable) Infocomm accreditation (desirable) ITIL Certifications (desirable) Demonstrated customer service experience Experience in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Extensive experience working with professional audio-visual systems, video conferencing or patient entertainment systems
