We’re hiring a Personal Banker (internally known as a Customer Relationship Officer) to deliver an exceptional end-to-end banking experience for customers.
In this dynamic role, you’ll make your mark by:
- Delivering win-win solutions by understanding customers’ current and future goals and designing solutions that meet their needs
- Educating and supporting customers with digital literacy and online banking needs as we innovate our offerings
- Guiding customers through personalised lending solutions, exploring tailored personal loans and credit card options
- Engaging in on-the-job learning and other development opportunities to grow your career
- Building connections by supporting customers, giving back to communities, and contributing to a positive workplace culture
This is a Permanent Full time position located in Altona.
What you’ll bring to the role
To succeed, you’ll consistently deliver exceptional customer service. We’d love you to have:
- Proven ability to achieve sales results through customer-focused solutions
- Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone
- Ability to quickly build relationships with customers and colleagues
- Understanding of what makes our bank different
- Drive for collaboration and teamwork
- Experience in consumer lending is a plus but not essential
