Job Description:
As a pivotal member of our Engineering organization, the QA Lead will be responsible for defining and owning the QA vision, elevating frameworks, automation, and performance testing. This includes leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing team, ensuring their growth aligns with the platform's ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive quality excellence across CI/CD pipelines and modern test automation stacks (Playwright, Selenium, API testing, TypeScript)
2. Champion a quality-first culture across product and engineering, influencing, challenging, and elevating the way software is delivered
3. Define and own the QA vision, uplifting frameworks, automation, and performance testing
4. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring their growth aligns with the platform's ambition
Requirements:
