**Job Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Secretary to join our team. As the primary point of contact for clients, the public, legal professionals and government agencies, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:*

* Coordinate secretarial and administrative functions to ensure efficient service delivery
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, staff and external stakeholders
* Maintain accurate and confidential records and files within our computer system
* Produce and process documents and correspondence using various software and digital tools

**Required Skills and Qualifications:*

* Significant current experience as a legal secretary
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other digital tools
