About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for an energetic and ambitious person with an MR Licence to join our team. Based in Bomaderry, you will report to Regional Sales Manager and demonstrate your customer service skills daily.
The role will suit someone who is happy to meet existing and new customers, to build effective customer relationships. Throughout your travels you will be handling and delivering automotive batteries. You will enjoy the freedom of building lasting relationships with customers and looking after your own territory.
The key responsibilities of the role, whilst not limited to, are as follows:
* Directly selling and delivering company products to trade customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities.
* Use of a mobile point of sale system and processing of paperwork daily.
* Effectively managing truck stock levels.
* Actively participate in the introduction of new products and promotions to the trade.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will be required to obtain or possess the following:
* MR Manual Truck Licence (Preferred)
* Can drive manual vehicle.
* Ability to lift heavy automotive batteries regularly.
* Being service driven and able to work unsupervised.
* Attention to detail with paperwork and inventory control.
* Computer literacy & Good communication.
* Adherence to strict Safety & OHSE Policies
* Good driving record
* Battery experience required but not mandatory.
