Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with NESA curriculum standards for K-6.
* Design learning experiences that support a diverse range of student needs through differentiated instruction.
* Integrate digital tools into classroom practice to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
* Use student learning data to inform planning, assessment, and instruction.
* Contribute to the school's Deep Learning and Professional Learning Team (PLT) programs.
* Participate in co-curricular and pastoral care programs as part of whole-school community engagement.
Essential Requirements:
* NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) teacher accreditation.
* Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
* Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and academically rigorous classroom environment.
* Understanding of, or willingness to adopt, Deep Learning pedagogies and evidence-based best practice.
* Commitment to the values and Christian ethos of the Anglican Diocese of Grafton.
