About the Role
We’re seeking a talented and values-aligned Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our growing team.
You’ll work across a portfolio of strategy, evaluation, and responsible business projects, supporting businesses, governments, and not-for-profits to reflect, plan, deliver, prove and improve their social and environmental impact.
You’ll apply both qualitative and quantitative methods to translate evidence into insight, and insight into action. From interviews and datasets to dashboards and boardrooms, you’ll help shape narratives that drive real-world decisions. You’ll also contribute to co-design workshops, facilitate client learning, and develop high-quality written and visual deliverables.
Our work space is in Brisbane. Importantly, this role is hybrid work model. You can work from home significantly but consistent interaction and weekly face time with senior staff is required.

About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in consulting, financial or economic analysis, evaluation, policy, or applied research.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Proven ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner to diverse, non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.
Analytical and Modelling Expertise: Strong proficiency in quantitative analysis and modelling, including the use of relevant software tools and techniques including Technical fluency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, NVivo, R, Python or similar.
Public Value Analysis and Decision Support: Experience supporting evidence-based decision-making for initiatives with social or environmental impact objectives, using methods such as cost-benefit analysis, economic or social impact assessment, SROI, and business case development.
Values-Driven Perspective: A values-aligned mindset with a genuine commitment to social and environmental impact.
Proactive and Results-Oriented: A self-motivated individual who thinks ahead, acts proactively, can develop bespoke methodologies from first principles if needed, and consistently delivers high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
