We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Support Worker with a minimum of 2 years' proven experience to support participants with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Shift Requirements
* Monday - Sunday | 8:00am – 4:00pm (set shifts)
* Set Shifts
* Plenty of SIL Shifts across several SIL sites
About You
* Proven experience supporting clients with Autism, limited verbal communication, and challenging behaviours
* Experienced in working within a Shared Living (SIL) environment
* Skilled in redirection strategies and confident in following Behaviour Support Plans
* Demonstrated ability to build positive client engagement and trust
* Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Reliable, consistent, and able to work collaboratively within a set roster
* Patient, compassionate, and genuinely driven to make a real difference in the lives of the people we support — someone who has a heart for change and believes in improving outcomes for every client
