Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated customer service representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering queries promptly and accurately, executing telephone sales, and managing orders including quoting, bookings, back orders, and data entry.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize objectives and responsibilities. They will also possess strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, and previous experience using Oracle (desirable, not essential).
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Proactively manage orders

* Support Managers with sales and administrative activities
* Drive transactional sales
* Implement direct marketing activities as instructed by Business Development Managers
* Oversee delivery and troubleshooting of products
