Minara Resources has an opportunity for an experienced Mine Technician – Mine Systems to join our established and dedicated team.

Our Murrin Murrin site in WA's northern Goldfields is an integrated nickel and cobalt mining and processing operation employing over 1,000 people. The Role
The successful person will become a member of a hardworking and committed team who are responsible for maintaining the integrity of all Mine Systems by performing maintenance and repairs of fleet management, voice radios and associated systems hardware.
You will be responsible for:
Installing and maintaining VHF/UHF communications and mobile fleet management system hardware and software
Installing and commissioning of High Precision Machine Guidance Systems and Fleet Management Systems
Installing and maintaining point to point microwave and WiFi mesh systems and associated applications
Preventative maintenance through regular inspections to ensure equipment meets safe working requirements
Assisting with mining databases and reporting
Maintaining communication and Fleet Management System parts inventory
About You
This role would suit a technically minded person looking for a new opportunity within a mining setting where no two days are the same.
You will also have:
Experience installing, maintaining and fault finding radio communications equipment and Fleet Management Systems
Experience in the configuration and programming of communication devices
An aptitude for learning technical material and are detail orientated
Understanding of Microwave PTP, PTMP based radio and antennae systems
The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholder's
