The role involves overseeing the finance team and stepping in to fill gaps due to a recent resignation and the need for senior leadership in finance.
This role has potential to transition to a permanent position depending on business needs.
The role will be hands on across reporting, financial management, risk, compliance and involve stakeholder engagement.
ProfileCA/CPA Qualified withsignificant commercialexperience in a senior financial leadership role within the manufacturing sector.
You will have strong financial systems knowledge and be highly motivated and a self-directed professional with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
You will bring a process improvement mindset, always looking for opportunities to streamline workflows and identify areas for automation.
You will take ownership of tasks from start to finish and bring a solid foundation of technical skills with a hands-on attitude.
In-depth understanding of Australian financial regulations, taxation laws, and corporate governance.
BenefitsContract role initially, with a view to becoming permanent.
