Our team is undertaking a once-in-a-lifetime international project opportunity, with design undertaken in Queensland. This is a 12-month contract role (with the opportunity for extension) for a full time Senior Landscape Architect who has strong capability across BIM to join our team.
You will be responsible for the production of project documentation, delivering on time and on budget to achieve successful, people-driven outcomes. You will have a focus on landscape design, design development and documentation. Coupled with this technical capability, you will have great communication skills, strong level of self-motivation and local knowledge.
The areas you will work across will include:
- Project coordination with consultant team
- Preparation of design drawings
- Project administration
- Preparation of construction documentation
- Coordination and consultations with our SEQ BIM team
Essential Experience + Attributes:
- Tertiary qualification in landscape architecture
- 8 years min. industry experience
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit
- Competence in BIM
- Competence in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite and Sketchup
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Not essential – Competence in Lumion / enscape
- Not essential – horticulture / planting knowledge
