We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout their stay. The ideal candidate will be an ambassador for the hotel, promoting our boutique brand and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

* Delivering personalized service to guests at every stage of their journey.
* Becoming a key part of the guest experience, interacting with guests wherever possible.
* Maintaining sufficient knowledge of room rates and available packages.
* Following up on guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A desire to genuinely help people.
* Front Office/reservation experience preferred but not essential.
* The drive to deliver exceptional guest service and derive satisfaction from helping and problem-solving.
* An eye for detail and exceptional social skills.
