Job Description:
The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Endpoint Manager within Digital Customer Services Branch. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing technical expertise in endpoint management, ensuring compliance with ICT security requirements, and leading the maintenance of specific ICT platforms.
Duties:
* Provide high-level technical expertise in endpoint management solutions, particularly Intune and mobile device management.
* Lead the maintenance of specific ICT platforms, including software configuration for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
* Ensure compliance with ICT Security requirements and establish processes for consistent system administration.
* Undertake complex and sensitive work, exercising sound judgment and decision-making.
* Provide mentorship to junior colleagues and execute strategies for staff and skills succession planning.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess experience with Intune, Azure, and cloud technology, as well as technical skills in scripting and automation. They will also have experience with device management and be able to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 (Confidential/Highly Protected/Secret) security clearance.
