**About the role**

We are looking for New Home Sales Consultants to join our clients new display home in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. This person will have the support of a Sales Associate to facilitate the administrative tasks associated with the role and ensure you achieve a high number of sales.

As a Sales Consultant you will be managing the entire sales process from initial inquiry through to contracts signed ensuring a strong customer orientated approach at all times.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Delivery of monthly sales targets, conversion of enquiry to deposits and contract signed
- Manage the presentation and general cleanliness of the display homes
- Manage purchasers through the sales process from initial contact through to unconditional contract
- Manage the CRM database and provide weekly reports and updates to management including sales pipeline, traffic and buyer profiles
- Managing relationships with Land Sales Consultants & other 3rd parties
- Accurately complete and process all contracts, conditions and deposits
- Attend weekly sales and/or staff meetings as required
- Following the company's set policies, processes and procedures

**Skills and experience**
- Previous experience in New Homes Sales is essential, ideally 2+ years
- A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities.
- A strong work ethic, resilience and a positive attitude to professional development.
- Well-developed organisational and client management capabilities.
- Availability to work on weekends, both Saturday & Sunday
- Full driver's license and own vehicle as occasional travel is expected.
- Full Australian working rights.
