Help Desk Operator – TASkeno Operations Centre (Casual)
TASkeno is on the lookout for a casual Help Desk Operator to join our Operations Centre team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a small, supportive group that plays a vital role in keeping TASkeno venues running smoothly across the state.

What will you be doing?
As part of our friendly Operations Centre team, you’ll be the first point of contact for TASkeno venues, providing timely, accurate, and professional support. Your role will include:
* Delivering exceptional phone-based customer service in a help desk environment
* Assisting venues with Keno-related enquiries and operational issues
* Troubleshooting problems calmly and efficiently
* Accurately recording information and following established procedures
* Working collaboratively with your teammates to support TASkeno’s operations
About the roster
Our Operations Centre runs up to 20 hours a day, 7 days a week, so flexibility is key. You’ll be rostered across a range of shifts, including:
* Day and night shifts (between 8am and 4am)
* Weekends
* Public holidays

Who are we looking for?
We’re seeking someone who brings a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset. Ideally, you’ll have:
* Keno knowledge or experience, or the enthusiasm to learn
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Sound computer skills and confidence working with systems
* A genuine interest in TASkeno and the gaming industry
Licensing requirements
Successful applicants will need to hold, or be willing to apply for:
* A Special Employee Licence
* A Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) certificate
