We’re seeking a proactive Administration Coordinator to support our team across property management, sales administration, finance administration, and day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The Opportunity
In this diverse position, you will provide administrative support to both our Property Management and Sales teams. Responsibilities will also include diary management for the Director, reception backup as required, property sales administration tasks, assisting with general finance and accounts administration, and supporting the Property Management team with day-to-day operations. You’ll play an important role in helping ensure smooth office operations while delivering a high level of professionalism and client service.
About You
We’re seeking someone with experience in administration, marketing, or a similar support role who is reliable, organised, and a true team player. You’ll be confident using modern office software, able to juggle multiple priorities, and quick to learn new systems.

* Previous administration, real estate, marketing, or customer service experience highly regarded
