Registered Nurse
We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join a supportive and values-driven team in the Bundaberg region.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity on night shifts with a respected aged care provider that genuinely values its staff, residents, and community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with care plans and clinical standards
- Conduct assessments, monitor health status, and respond to changes in residents’ wellbeing
- Administer medications safely and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Provide leadership, supervision, and support to care staff during overnight shifts
- Liaise with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Uphold compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, infection control, and facility policies
- Deliver compassionate end-of-life and palliative care where required
- Contribute to continuous improvement and ensure a safe, respectful environment for residents and staff
Key Requirements / Skills:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an RN in aged care in Australia (essential)
- Previous night duty or PM shift experience (desirable)
- Strong clinical assessment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
- Sound knowledge of aged care standards, medication management, and infection control
- A compassionate, professional approach with a commitment to resident dignity and wellbeing
