We're expanding our team in the Burleigh area. We're seeking compassionate, dependable Aged Care Workers to join us on a casual basis and make a real difference in the lives of local seniors.

What You'll Be Doing
* Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, toileting, mobility)
* Supporting daily routines and meal preparation
* Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
* Helping with light household tasks
* Following care plans and completing documentationWorking collaboratively with our supportive care team
Who You Are
* Compassion, patience, and reliability
* Robust communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence working independently in clients' homes
* Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs
What You'll Need
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, or current nursing/health studies
* Current First Aid & CPR
* Driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle
* National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Full working rights in Australia
Pay: From $43.24 per hour
Work Location: In person
