Combat Systems Technicians EOI - Early, Mid-career, Senior
The project requires qualified technicians who thrive under pressure and excel in complex integration environments. You will be a vital part of our Test and Commissioning Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality timely solutions that impact the performance of critical naval platforms.

We are looking for junior, mid-career and senior technicians who possess domain expertise and are ready to contribute from day one.
* Qualified Technician: Certificate III or relevant experience in Engineering, Electronics, Networking or related fields.
* Licences: Hold, or be eligible to apply/receive, relevant state licences (e.g., restricted electrical licence).
* Domain Knowledge:
o Underwater Sensors and Systems
o Communications Systems
o Above Water Sensors Systems
o Combat Management Systems
o Naval Weapons Systems
o Navigation Systems
o Networking, switches and servers
About you
Key Skills and Attributes
* Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Confidently adjust to changing priorities, identify underlying issues, and actively contribute to system improvement initiatives.
* Operational Readiness: Available for deployment (interstate and offshore) to perform critical installation and maintenance tasks.
* Security: Eligible to hold or obtain a NV1 Security Clearance.
* Autonomy & Efficiency: Capable of managing competing priorities under minimal supervision while consistently exceeding job requirements and meeting strict deadlines.
* Communication & Collaboration: Function confidently within a team, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and foster a spirit of co‐operation.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills, excellent written/verbal communication, and intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
