Europcar is seeking a driven Account Manager to join our exceptional Sales team and contribute to our success.

\

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of customers, identifying new business opportunities, and establishing relationships with existing tour operator customers within the Leisure portfolio.

\

You will also work closely with our head office departments to ensure SLA's are met, manage and progress a strong pipeline using Salesforce, and provide monthly and quarterly management reporting to customers.

\

Key responsibilities include:

\
\
1. Maintain relationships with existing tour operator customers within the Leisure portfolio
\
2. Identify and establish relationships with new business opportunities
\
3. Establish relationships with head office departments and ensure SLA's are met
\
4. Manage and progress a strong pipeline utilising Salesforce
\
5. Manage sales activities including promotional activity and recognise opportunities within the existing portfolio
\
6. Prepare customer proposals, submissions, tender responses, sales information kits
\
7. Provide monthly and quarterly management reporting to customers
\
8. Attend Sales meetings and functions as required and achieve existing business revenue targets
\
9. Review and understand proposed pricing/product offering
\
10. Maintain regular communication with the existing portfolio
\
11. Prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
\
12. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
\
13. Communicate at all levels, both internally and externally
\
14. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
\
15. Continuously develop skills and knowledge to improve performance

Requirements:

\
\
16. Previous sales experience would be an advantage
\
17. Experience within the travel industry and/or car rental industry is desired
\
18. Experience working with Salesforce is desirable
\
19. Sound interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
\
20. Computer literacy, intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel
\
21. Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
\
22. Excellent organisational and time management skills
\
23. A passion for sales and account management, with a keen eye for identifying business opportunities
