As a key account professional, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients in the ANZ region.
Your role will involve building trusted relationships and ensuring the successful adoption and ongoing value of our AI-optimized workforce management platform.
You will oversee all aspects of client engagement, from discovery and implementation to ongoing support and growth.
This includes driving proactive communication, managing complex rollouts, and leading regular client calls and internal cross-functional meetings.
* Act as the main point of contact for our clients, leading monthly and fortnightly client calls.
* Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels within the client organisation to enhance satisfaction, drive retention, and support strategic account growth.
* Triage and manage tickets, ensuring timely follow-up, resolution, and clear communication on product issues or requests.
