Experience in a contact centre or similar phone-based environment (desirable, but not essential)
THE ROLE
As a Business Generalist Banker, you will help customers resolve technical issues with their merchant terminals, troubleshoot problems, and provide tailored solutions.
You will ensure an exceptional customer experience, collaborating with other teams as necessary.
You will also be responsible for entering data into systems and providing feedback to drive process efficiencies, all while maintaining high levels of professionalism and service.
