The Role
Are you an energetic and detail oriented professional with a passion for people and process? We’re looking for a dynamic Recruitment Coordinator to join our high-performing Recruitment & Talent team and help us shape the future workforce of our organisation.
In this vital role, you’ll support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and interview coordination to candidate communication and system management. Your focus on providing a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers will make you a key driver of our talent strategy.
We’re after someone who is not only organised and proactive, but also thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll bring strong communication skills, a custome first mindset, and the ability to juggle competing priorities with professionalism and efficiency. Previous recruitment experience is desirable (also NSW Health policy knowledge and ROB experience),

Your salary of $87,813 - $116,8241 per annum + super and leave loading is just the beginning. You’ll also have access to:
