Key Responsibilities: Managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow. Supervising and coordinating staff, including rostering, training and performance monitoring. Maintaining stock levels through ordering, receiving and inventory control. Ensuring high standards of customer service and resolving any customer concerns. Implementing merchandising, pricing and promotional strategies. Monitoring sales performance and contributing to business improvement initiatives. Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements. About you: Minimum one year of experience in a retail management role. Strong leadership and team supervision skills. Good knowledge of stock control, merchandising and sales processes. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
