Administrative Coordinator
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of a motor mechanic workshop.
* Management of front desk operations, including reception, phone, and email inquiries
Key responsibilities include:
* Financial management: accounts receivable, payable, payroll, timesheet processing, budget planning, cost tracking, and supplier payment schedules
* Customer service: professional and friendly support to customers
* Compliance and safety: maintenance of workplace health and safety compliance and incident reporting
Requirements: Diploma or higher in Business Administration or related field; or 3+ years of experience in an administrative role. Strong computer literacy, accounting software knowledge, and Australian workplace compliance necessary. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills desired.
