About the role
Reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and other documents.
Be involved in a range of corporate/commercial matters such as insolvency, corporate governance and corporate advisory.
Advising on the licensing of new brands.
The ideal candidate
Lawyer (1+ PQE).
A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
Excellent communication skills & meticulous attention to detail.
Strong organizational & time management skills.
