**About Our Client**:
You will be working for a WA based company who designs, engineers and manufactures a comprehensive range of mobile LED light towers for use in the mining, quarrying, oil & gas and construction industries and for illuminating night time work sites.
They have a strong vision to become the world's most successful manufacturer of LED light towers by implementing innovative, problem solving and cost-effective ideas to meet the requirements of their customers.
This is a varied role which will allow you to work with multiple departments within the business
- Accounts Payable - Work using various accounting tasks throughout the financial period including data entry, invoices, credits, inventory and billing.
- Accounts Receivable - data entry, invoices, credits, inventory and billing.
- Receive, classify, reconcile, interpret, consolidate and/or summarise documents and information.
- Organise and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
- Telephone - Acting as a first point of contact for incoming external calls when required.
- Reception - Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Initially 1 day per week
- Provide all necessary office support to Accounts, Sales and Operations teams.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- To be able to hit the ground running you will have previously worked in a similar Accounts Administration role
- Experience in using MYOB, Pronto and Ariba (Preferable)
- A high attention to detail
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Have a collaborative, team focused approach
- Ability to work under pressure
