The Opportunity

As an Employment Coach, you will support people with disability and other complex barriers to find and keep a job. No two days will be the same—your role will be varied, dynamic and deeply rewarding.
You will work one-on-one with a caseload of participants, helping them navigate personal and vocational challenges, build confidence and connect them to real opportunities with local employers. Your focus is on people, progress and purpose.
About You

- The ability to work autonomously alongside a high-performing team
Qualifications in Certificate III in Employment Services, Community Services, Disability Services or similar, or a willingness to complete a formal qualification, fully supported by Status as part of your employment journey with us.
