* Primero is currently recruiting for a Project Engineer to join a newly awarded project.
* Based in our Head Office in Osborne Park, you will be contributing to the successful delivery of the project on behalf of our client.
* You will be primarily responsible managing commercial buildings and architectural packages.
* You will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager and Construction Manager in determining priorities, meeting strict deadlines and budget demands whilst having the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Your Key Responsibilities
* The management of a major design and construct subcontractor modular builder, with scope in a prefabrication facility in Perth and following through to site installation.
* Field monitoring and management of client inspections at the Perth based pre-fabrication facility and occasional ad-hoc site work.
* The ability to read and interpret specifications, technical drawings, schematics, and any other engineering documentation and/or reports.
* Previous experience managing and implementing quality control and assurance systems and processes.
* The capacity to plan, schedule, conduct, and/or coordinate detailed phases of assigned project work.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
What You 'Can Do'
* Significant experience as a Project Engineer on Major Projects.
* Experience with managing Commercial buildings / Modular Buildings and subcontractors.
* Experience in multi-discipline, mining project delivery.
* Ability to read and interpret design drawings, schematics and other engineering drawings.
