Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking motivated Labourers and Forklift Operators to join a well-established client based in Yatala, QLD.

We are currently hiring on early (5am start) and late (3pm start) shifts for our large site in Yatala.
About the Role
* Supporting production and storage teams through hands‐on manual tasks
* Manual movement of cement dry mix bags (20kg)
* Outdoor yard duties
* Painting tile panels
* Working across production lines - including mixing, stacking, and general labouring duties
* Preparing and cleaning cement molds to ensure quality output
* Operating forklifts to load and unload materials (for licensed operators)
What we're looking for
* A current HRW Forklift Licence (highly regarded, but not essential)
* Previous manufacturing or labouring experience
* A strong commitment to workplace safety
* Willing to work outdoors in a heavy work environment (20kg manual handling)
* Ability to confidently pass a pre‐employment drug and alcohol screening
* Reliable, hardworking individuals with a proactive, "can‐do" attitude
