Your Role as a Platform Engineer
You will develop and maintain an internal developer platform and API-first microservices that facilitates developer self-service and inter-service operations. This includes planning, documenting, developing, and testing integrations with various platform services to automate the infrastructure lifecycle comprehensively.
Your Responsibilities
* Developing DevOps tools to ensure supportability and scalability of services.
* Participating in operational and support activities.
Your Skills and Experience
We're looking for candidates with:
* Software development experience with Golang.
* Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
* Experience with Argo suite of tools (CD, workflows, events).
* Familiarity with AWS, including services like EKS, EC2, S3, and cloud provisioners (troubleshooting underlying SDKs).
* Experience with enabling Internal Developer Portals (IDPs) is highly valued.
* Critical thinking and developing scalable solutions for the enterprise.
* Experience with TDD and CI/CD practices, enhancing code quality and deployment efficiency.
