Community Inclusion Disability Support Worker
We’re Crosslinks, an NDIS provider supporting people with disabilities for over 25 years.
We believe in joy, adventure, connection, and making every day count – for the people we support and for you.
You’ll help amazing people in the community live their best lives in ways that matter to them. You’ll bring energy, empathy, and encouragement – we’ll provide support, training, and fun.
Here’s how you'll make a difference:
1. Helping participants achieve goals – big and small – in their homes and communities
2. Getting out and about – cafes, classes, activities, shopping trips, and more
3. Supporting personal care with dignity, respect, and kindness
4. Administering medications as per support plans (training provided!)
5. Communicating in meaningful, inclusive ways – meeting people where they’re at
6. Driving participants to and from their activities using your own car or one of our vehicles
You’ll work with the same clients regularly, building genuine connections and witnessing their growth firsthand.
We’re not just another support provider – we’re a team that truly has each other’s backs. When you join us, you get:
* Consistent shifts you can rely on
* A fun, inclusive culture that values you as an individual
* Access to professional training from experienced experts
* Ongoing support from your clinical and coordination team (no lone rangers!)
* Pay perks like salary packaging and extra shift allowances
* The chance to be part of something meaningful and feel good about your work
We don’t need perfection – we need people with heart, respect, honesty, and who bring their whole selves to work.
Must-Haves:
* Driver’s license and reliable transport
* Positive vibes and genuine care for people
* Willingness to get Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening, and First Aid Certificate (we’ll guide you)
Experience is great, but if you’re just starting out – we’ve got your back. You bring the passion; we’ll provide the training.
